Programs
Programs that form the whole leader.
ELP programmes go beyond instruction. Through formation, mentorship, community and service, students discover who they are becoming — and lead with character, purpose and responsibility on campus and beyond.
Character, mentorship and community — lived out across Uganda's campuses.
Our Programmes
Programs that form the whole leader.
ELP programmes go beyond instruction. Through formation, mentorship, community and service, students discover who they are becoming — and learn to lead with character, purpose and responsibility.
From reflective learning to trusted conversations and student-led SAFE Clubs, every pathway turns values into a lived culture on campus and beyond.
How the programmes connect
A shared journey: discover to impact.

Main programmes
Three pathways, one formation ecosystem.
Each programme has its own shape and rhythm — but together they form whole, responsible leaders.
Reflective learning experience
Life at the Crossroads
A formative experience that helps students pause at defining moments, examine identity, values, choices and responsibility, and choose the direction of their lives with intention.
For: university students navigating decisions about who they are becoming and the life they want to build.
Honest dialogue in a trusted room
Kyōto Fireside Conversations
Intimate, dialogue-led gatherings where students, mentors and guests think out loud together about leadership, purpose, values and the realities shaping life on campus and beyond.
For: students, mentors and invited guests ready to listen, question and learn from one another.
Student communities on campus
SAFE Clubs
Student-led communities where peers practise the SAFE framework together — through reflection, mentorship, peer accountability and campus activity that turns values into a lived culture.
For: students who want to grow in character alongside a small, accountable campus community.
